Wallace Farms grows and ships potatoes from the beautiful Skagit Valley, nestled between the Cascade Mountain range and Puget Sound in the Northwest corner of Washington State. The mild climate and rich soil of the Skagit Valley provide ideal conditions for growing the prettiest and tastiest potatoes in the world.

Wallace Farms grows several varieties of potatoes. Our most popular varieties are thin-skinned red potatoes. We also grow white, yellow, and purple potatoes, as well as Washington State certified organic red, yellow, and russet potatoes.

It takes more than good climate to produce premium quality potatoes. Over the years we have developed practices that take care of our soil, our crops, and the potatoes as they are harvested and packaged so that we can ship the best possible product.
