	Wallace Farms has produced Washington State Certified Organic potatoes since the early 1980s.

Varieties Conventional Potatoes	Organic farming is a natural fit for Wallace Farms. Until the 1940's all of our potatoes were essentially organic. Our organic program allows us to incorporate early farming strategies for pest and weed control with modern farming methods to produce high-quality organic potatoes. All of our organic potatoes bear the organic seal and appropriate bar coding.
		The farming traditions and practices established by Robert Wallace, shown here in the 1950s, are behind our successful organic farming programs today.
